I am the partner of Rob and we have created a special place on Tenerife where we try to inspire people with our way of living. I am 33 years old and have a background in Marketing. People describe me as kind, calm and creative. My curiosity towards life and personal change brings me to different places. I am convinced that life is all about experiences, from which you will learn valuable lessons that help you grow.

My various Vipassana meditation retreats have been life changing experiences. During these retreats I learned about the influence of the mind and how destructive our thoughts can be. Now I believe you, and you only are responsible for your life and your feelings. This might be a hard pill to swallow but for me in the end it was a liberating one.

Furthermore, I have learned a great deal from my NLP practitioner, Timothy Ferris and all sorts of personal change/ spiritual books. These methodologies have helped me with fighting my fears and making choices that seemed impossible. And every time I made a big decision such as moving to Tenerife or becoming a freelancer, the positive energy I received was overwhelming.

This learned me that personal change starts with purpose; knowing WHO you are and what is important to you. This ensures you can live your life in a more conscious positive manner as you actually choose how you want to live your life.

But with making plans and setting intentions only, personal change will not happen. You need action and the discipline to change your new behaviour into habits. Literally Walking your Talk. So like Rob, I keep on trying to walk my talk. Spending time with my family consciously, practicing my creativity and doing exercises as part of my healthy lifestyle. Furthermore, part of my Talk is as well practicing compassion and inspiring people. Therefore, I’ve joined forces with Rob during the retreats in Tenerife. Here I hope to guide people in Walking their Talk, something that will give me great fulfilment.

Hope to meet you soon!
